Mobile Development Code
The City manages development through codes adopted by the City Council in the form of ordinances. These ordinances establish uniform standards and procedures for development throughout the City and make certain that properties are built under state and federal standards. The City ordinances include zoning, historic, Right of Way and stormwater, building and trade codes.
